After you select your form type, you'll click the "Browse" button to select your import file from you
computer.
Next, you will indicate where your filer information is located. Every form created must have a filer and a recipient.
When you import data, each record must contain receipient information and form specific information (such as Box 1, Box 2, etc).
You can optionally include filer information in each record of your import file. If you're importing 50 records and they all
have the same filer however, you might consider just manually entering the 1 filer and then indicating to our import process that you
want to use a filer that you've already created. In this scenario, you would not need to include filer information in each record.
